After serving in Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.), the premier investigating agency of India for five years from 1980 to 1985, joined the Indian Administrative Service (I.A.S.), the highest Civil Service of India and served there for more than 31 years from 1987 to 2018. Presently managing two law firms KD Lex Chambers LLP, dealing in ADR and Legal Intellects LLP dealing in legal advice and due diligence as Managing Partner with effect from 1st January 2019. Recently KD Lex Chambers LLP entered into an MOU with ADR ODR International, the UK for training professionals in India in Civil / Commercial Mediation.
