Henrik Zirkel studied Mechanical and Process Engineering at the University in Darmstadt (Germany) culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering and has completed his MBA at the Liverpool John Moores University in Liverpool.

He has extensive experience in embedding Change in Organisations by applying Lean Methods such as the KAIZEN principles. Clients have been located in Europe, Switzerland, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania.

Mr. Zirkel has a broad range of experience in international project definition, initialisation and coordination. He ensures transparency through maintaining an ideal communication process during projects. Mr. Zirkel works in close cooperation with Leaders and enables them to operate their business in a more agile manner and helps assess indicators in the blink of an eye. Across many sectors, by working with Henrik Zirkel executives gain back important time needed to lead and develop their organisations.

During Mr. Zirkel’s time working across a number of consultancies notably in the GSA region and the UK, he predominantly focused on the manufacturing sector such as the mechanical engineering industry, process industry and the car parts supplier industry. Some clients have been in the optical and sensor-industry, electroplating and coating industry, public institutions and sports industry.

Henrik Zirkel is a Trusted External Adviser and Lean-Enthusiast with the aim of integrating his services into the core of the organisation.
