His expertise focuses on business valuations, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment reviews, financial M & A; commercial due diligence, M & A advisory, audit and assurance, business strategy consulting, Investment appraisals and business plan preparation. His authentic and client-centric approach has enabled him to develop a large network of long-term and trusted relationships. Tom Samuel is an AG (SA), an MBA from Macquarie University, a Senior Associate member of Finsia (Finsia), member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), member of the Global Accounting Alliance (GAA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).

Tom founded a business advisory and accounting firm based out of Sydney, Australia in 2017 which has operations in India, South Africa, the USA, and UAE. The company’s guiding philosophy is resolving the accounting and financial issues of businesses and advising businesses on their acquisitions, business accounting, valuations, due diligence, and other related financial issues, by providing customised solutions to each client.
