Mr. Paul Koffi Goli was educated at the International School of Management (ISM) of Dakar – Senegal with final degree (Special Master 2) in International Taxation and also enrolled for the IBFD Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation. Paul is also graduated in Business Law and has worked with Big Four firms (Deloitte and Ernst & Young) in Abidjan for 5,5 years, before joining the Global Oilfield services Leader – Schlumberger Group- as Deputy Tax Manager for Central & West Africa for over 2 years and half. It’s known and proven that Central Africa is the Highest Tax Risky Area on earth; however based on Koffi's good and hot background and knowledge of the area, Paul handles successfully this position with a success rate that is over 90%. Currently he is serving as the Central Africa Area Tax Director with Deutsche Post DHL Group, and joined CBA as Associated Tax Expert on 7.12.2015.
