Aleksandar Robotic is an M&A manager with hands-on experience in buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial due diligence, and post-transaction integration. He led multiple transactions across retail, IT, and financial services, including an eight-figure ERP and SaaS deal and a seven-figure sale of an accounting firm. He supports clients through valuation, financial modelling, strategic planning, negotiations, and deal execution. Earlier, as a licensed auditor at MC Global Audit, he provided financial reporting, tax compliance, and IFRS consulting services alongside statutory audits.
