Mr. Sampil holds a double master's degree in Private law and Business Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre, France. In 2015, he obtained an European Master's degree in Management and business strategies. He has 15 years of professional experience, 13 of which are in OHADA Business Law and Mining Law in Guinea.

Starting his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2006, he later joined the Australian company NRW, specialising in civil and mining construction for the RIO TINTO Group (SIMANDOU project). In 2012, Mr Sampil joined the legal and fiscal firm C2A Guinea, a partner of SarrauThomasCouderc France (KPMG group). Throughout his career m Sampil has acquired significant experience in the mining field, notably through his time in these different international groups.

Know-how in industries and services: Norgold - SMD Stock Exchange listing Consultant (Eurobond), Focal point of the Global Fund in Guinea, Consultant for the Government of Guinea and CWE in structuring the financing of the construction of a hydroelectric dam in Guinea, Consultant for the Government of Guinea in the negotiation and drafting of the mining agreement with the Bauxite Company of Guinea (SBG).
