Gabriele Schiavi graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of Corporate and Investment Banking, having worked in various international Investment Banks in London, New York and Milan.

Gabriele boasts a significant track record in both originating and completing structured finance transactions and has solid interpersonal and managerial skills.

From 2006 to 2019 he held the role of Managing Director in HSBC successfully managing the origination and structuring of a large number of transactions with the industrial client portfolio: bilateral and syndicated loans, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Equity Linked Capital Markets, M&A, Project & Export Finance. He also managed the Bank's international network, developing operations for Italian clients abroad.
