Dr.-Ing. Edmund Wagner graduated from RWTH Aachen, Germany in Mechanical and Process Engineering as Dipl.-Ing., followed by studies in Business and Economic Sciences, with a diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University Aachen, where he graduated with a doctorate degree. Dr. Wagner held key positions in two construction companies in Germany, before he became an independent industrial adviser. At the beginning of growing construction projects in the Arab World, Edmund became Managing Director of IMEXCO, a company in charge of project planning, maintenance and servicing, handling large construction projects of two large German construction companies, Wayss und Freytag and Heilitbau in the Middle East, with a project revenue of over DM 2bn (DM (EUR 1bn) by the mid-Nineties. He accompanied various cross-border transactions during his business career of 44 years. Today his expertise and special interest is also Technical Chemistry and Processing Chemistry. Dr. Wagner holds international patents in the area Environment and Renewable Energies, and has published scientific articles in various Chemical publications, such as Wiley-VCH, CIT, Chemmanger, etc.
Dr. Wagner is Consulting Professional in Chemical and Industrial Engineering, and is also heading the CBA Licence Department in Wiesbaden.
