Dr. Tzong-Her Hwu is educated at Oxford University with final degree in PhD in Engineering Science followed Cass Business School in Quantitative Finance. Before starting his own consulting business, Dr. Tzong-Her Hwu worked in industry sector for more than 15 years, mainly focused on factory automation, technology transfer and integration, international project coordination and execution, business management and strategy development. The industry covers a broad range from electronic manufacturing services, machinery and manufacturing to civil and construction.

In his executive career, Dr. Hwu always was responsible for new business and technology development with different markets and products. Identifying the issues and providing right solutions with limited resources and time are keys delivered to the projects for the clients, especially for SMEs, who has strong expertise in particular domain but lacks global networking and resources. Beside the multidimensional knowledge of industries, Dr. Hwu is a certificated structure engineer (Taiwan), dedicated in seismic protection and related projects. He is also a certificated business valuater (Taiwan), for building and valuating the value of SMEs.
