Ms. Kimberley Cabo – Educated at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) with a Master of Laws (specializing in Public Law, with great distinction), Kimberley also holds a Master of Corporate Law from KU Leuven and a Postgraduate in Tax Sciences from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel. Kimberley started her career as a lawyer at De Rouck en Partners, specializing in corporate law, tax law, and public law.
In 2019, she co-founded the Corporate & Finance department at Mondriaan Corporate & Finance, where she currently serves as Director and Tax Advisor. Operating under the Buttonwood label, her team specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and provides a full range of related services, including transaction support, legal and tax structuring, and post-deal integration.
