Experienced Legal Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.

A strong professional skilled in negotiation, business planning, legalities of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance. Primary role as a lawyer is to take care of entire gamut of activities in legal, secretarial & governance domain including advisory to management on various legal and corporate governance issues, contracts (execution), litigation (commercial and regulatory).

She has been advising Indian companies as well as MNC and foreign companies on foreign direct investment routes and other investment strategies in India.
