Peter Wallace is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent advisory company. Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, valuations, succession planning and corporate governance.

Peter has over 30 years of experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses. His career includes chartered accounting, corporate advisory, private equity and non-executive directorships.

Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Accountant Business Valuation Specialist, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers, Registered Business Agent, Registered Business Valuer and a Certified Practicing Business Broker.

Peter is non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and non-executive director of Range International Limited (pallets from recycled plastics) The Executive Connection Pty Limited and Carte Blanche Australia Pty Limited. He has been a non-executive director of over 30 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, professional services and retail.
