Rogier G.M. Dahmen, LM.M has worked as a corporate and commercial attorney-at-law (advocaat) for leading Dutch law firms. During his professional career he worked in numerous cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and venture capital investments.
Rogier is a transaction enthusiast, and has joyfully build a track record that include many mid-market and billion euro deals, most of them in cross-border environments.
Rogier was admitted to the Netherlands Bar in 1997. He worked at Stibbe (1997-1999), NautaDutilh (1999-2005) and Boekel De Nerée (2005-2008). In 2015, Rogier founded Vertigo Law, a modern niche firm specializing in corporate M&A and private equity transactions. The firm’s offices are based in centrally located city of Utrecht.
