Seshadrinathan Krishnan is an ex-EY, ex-investment banker turned investor, registered valuer, and advises on funding and strategy. During his career of 25+ years in Asia and the US, Nathan has consulted in strategy, valuations, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and investments covering six continents ranging to $1Bn. Nathan lived and worked in the United States and Kuwait with corporate and individual clients worldwide, including the Indian sub-continent, North America, the UK, Europe, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East Asia, and Japan.

Seshadrinathan is a Registered Valuer under the Companies Act, India and the co-founder and Board member of Seshadri Nathan Securities Pvt. Ltd., India and Open Quiver Consulting LLC, USA focusing on strategic financial consulting, start-up funding, and investing.

He is an advisor to Pelican Kenterra, India; K-Reader, Sri Lanka and K-Agroo Sri Lanka. He was also the Director, Valuation for Numeris, Mauritius and the founding Managing Director of JRSCA Consulting and Advisory Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru based consulting company with offices in Kerala and Chennai; he has been Director of the Board for Eurosia BIM Services Pvt. Ltd and QHI Private Ltd. He is also associated with a European consulting firm.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder and has an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode from their Kochi campus with Strategy and Marketing electives. Nathan is an angel investor through the Kerala Angels Network, Mumbai Angels Network, ah! Ventures etc. Nathan is giving back to society as a Rotarian, as mentor to start-ups in India, mentor in Stanford Seed Spark and Consulting programs and to the profession in various volunteering capacities with the CFA Institute. He also co-authored a textbook on the Valuation of Options for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, multiple articles, and has delivered numerous speeches and training on topics ranging from the India Budget, Valuation of companies, funding of SMEs, the ins and outs of angel investing, valuing a start-up, pitching for start-ups and on aspects of strategy and transaction services like M&A.
