Ursula Kallendorf is an accomplished and business-driven Senior HR Consultant coming with over 25 years of comprehensive cross-industry experience in her core areas of expertise: Mergers & Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits, and Restructuring. She holds an MBA in Economics and completed M&A Strategy at INSEAD.
She has proven expertise in the end-to-end M&A deal cycle spanning from HR due diligence and SPA negotiation to post merger-integration - on buy side as well as on sell side.
