Wee Koon Heng - Educated at the National University of Singapore (BBA), Nanjing University (MBA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Wee Koon was a Deal Advisory Partner with KPMG Singapore. He was the Senior Advisor to a Japanese boutique M&A firm listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange and assisted in its overseas expansion into Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand before starting his own firm. He is also currently on the board of Hyphens Pharma listed on Singapore Stock Exchange as the Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman.
