The building is owned by the sellers and they will provide lease options to buy or an outright purchase. The combined rental paid in 2019 was $ 480,000. Inventory & Accounts Receivables for 2019 totalled $ 6.9 MM and $ 4.3 MM respectively. The inventory will not be included in the asking price of these combined businesses.
