Established in 1961, the company has been involved in the sale of Completely Built Up vehicles with licensing from Mazda and Mahindra. The company has also been assembling BAIC trucks from Semi-knocked Down Kits, with installed capacity to produce light to heavy-duty trucks, buses and agricultural tractors with guaranteed off-take arrangement in place.
