Our client is serving the industrial (earthmoving , commercial vehicle and agricultural) automotive and railway industries. The company has around 120 FTEs in employment and more than 270 different products in production. The company was able to double its revenues in the last 5 years and has 2 digit operational margins. Its plant with 10.000 m2 production area is ISO 9001 certified. Our client is looking for a strategic buyer in Europe with a business model similar to his, in the automotive, industrial (heavy vehicle and agricultural) and railway industries.
