A major prominent Nordic family office is looking for exclusive retail buildings/real estates in major European and US cities in prime locations, i.e. in London for example they owned retail building on Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street and St. James’s. Today they own retail RE in London, Paris, Rome, Munchen, New York and Washington DC. They aim to own the building itself but not take any retail operating risk and with well-known tenants. Could have an interest to review exclusive hotels as well. Building with renovation and conversion opportunities could also be of interest as long as the location is prime. New areas minimun investment of euro 50 million and add-on in cities already established in minimun investment of euro 10-20 million.
