The «YARZENKA HILLS» project is planned to be implemented on the land plot located 20 minutes from Yerevan on a picturesque hill overlooking the vineyards (several years ago, not far from this place, the relics of St. Varvary were discovered, later to this place the road was built by the efforts of a private charitable foundation).
The «YARZENKA HILLS» project provides for the creation of a fully autonomous village for comfortable living and short-term pastime.
The project provides for the construction of townhouses, duplexes and detached houses, ranging from 120 to 200 sqm.
It is also planned to create infrastructure facilities, including playgrounds, shops, pharmacies.
