EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Marie Angele Abanga is holder of an LL.B from the University of Buea, a Maitrise diploma in Business Law from the University of Yaounde II and an LL.M from the University of Kent Brussels School of International Studies. Called the Cameroon Bar Association in 2008 as a pupil advocate, Marie Abanga, is today an Attorney at Law & Consultant and has advanced expertise in Corporate and business law, human rights, humanitarian and criminal law, economic development and project management.

With a passion for policy and advocacy, contracts negotiations and mediation, Marie is a proven leader with strong data analysis and assessment capabilities in addition to solid program and project management skills who is able to work effectively in multi-cultural environments.

Marie has held various professional and volunteer roles that require detail oriented, time sensitive actions and interactions with global leaders. Marie has worked with the United Nations, Interned at the European Parliament, Plan International, MTN Cameroon, several law firms, the Pan African Institute for Development and now runs her private practice in Douala Cameroon since 2011.
