Alexei Aleksandrovitch, born 1977, graduated as economist, then lawyer. In 1999 he started his professional career in the State Property Fund of Ukraine, in the department of independent estimation of property and property rights. During this time Alexei received a PhD in Economics.
In 2005 Alexei founded the estimation company SWAN CONSULTING LTD, which he sold in 2009 because of an invitation to become an adviser of The Minister of Economy of Ukraine and Director of State Enterprise of Bankruptcy and Restoration of Solvency. For the management of the state Enterprise he was awarded the honorary title «Honoured Economist of Ukraine» by the President of Ukraine.
In 2011 when the contract was finished and the government changed, he become the President of the evaluation and loss adjusting company BUSINESS ASSIST LTD.
