Allan Yap graduated in 1996 with ACCA and now holding professional membership of ACCA UK, CPA of Singapore and CA of Malaysia. Finance professional who has extensive experience in management, corporate planning, accounts, trade and corporate finance, operations, HR, tax, audit, IT and consultancy. Allen Yap has been actively handling senior Management and CFO role. Highly experience in managing Group Companies include handling of more than 50 entities in a group and heading various Accounts, Finance, Operations, Legal and IT departments with staff strength of almost 30. Excellent peoples management skills, dynamic leadership, with communication as a key strength which has helped build, establish and maintain staff moral and working momentum to create a dynamic and efficient working environment to produce excellent and smooth operations.
