Borislav Moyanov - After graduation in Sofia and management specialisation at Hochschule St. Gallen, Switzerland, Borislav Moyanov used to work at various management positions at international banks in Bulgaria. He gained significant experience in process re-design and optimisation at the first privatised Bulgarian bank, change management and restructuring. Further Borislav assumed a Board management position responsible for Retail at Postbank AD Bulgaria (EFG subsidiary), later joined Municipal bank AD as Board member responsible to Risk & Finance. Borislav did the Project management in the post merger integration project for Bank Austria AG (later UniCredit) after acquisition of 2 banks by managing large multifunctional teams from bank professionals and international consultants. Later Borislav managed a project for establishing a green field bank in Bulgaria for an Austrian Bank.
As a Managing Partner at Bulgarian Business Consultants AD Borislav implemented his experience in managing the overall business activities of the company on strategic level, international cooperation networking and organisational capacity building, major customers acquisition on both buy and sell side, dealing with international private equity funds, international and local authorities and managed numerous direct investment projects and business acquisitions.
Being based both in Sofia and Vienna, recently Borislav established a new business venture Wealth Management Advisory Network, dedicated to serve Eastern European customers investing and acquiring business in Western Europe, mainly in German speaking countries.
Borislav is interested in arts and supports various art projects bridging Bulgaria and Austria, organises art discussion rounds, he is a co-founder of an NGO group concerned with education, training and personal development in the fields of informal education, art, sport etc.
Borislav Moyanov joined CBA as M&A Adviser in January 2015.
