Dr. Davide Raviola, after his professional trainee, joined for ten years the network Deloitte being director, associate of the professional practice, specialised in tax and financial services and providing consultancy to companies, leader in the relevant field in several M&A transactions, debt and equity transactions, company valuations and tax optimisation.
He has experiences in several audit committees (collegi sindacali), between the others in companies belonging to: AT&T, Kerry Ingredients, Kimberly Clark, Lafarge, Norauto e Whirlpool. Focused in international issues he has developed a broad experience in financial and management accountancy.
He is director on several boards, audit committee (sindaco di società) and has published articles focused on finance and corporate tax.
Dr Raviola holds a degree in Economy and Business administration from the University of Torino, he is Chartered accountant, Chartered auditor; he is also registered as special adviser for the Civil and Criminal Court of Torino. He is founding partner of an audit company and off counsel of another studio.
Dr. Raviola has offices in Torino and in Milan, and joined CBA as Legal and Tax Expert in April 2018.
