Iure Pontes Vieira. Broad Brazilian and international experience. During 8 years in France, he worked in Paris in a large French-Brazilian office. He has also been tax adviser in the same city for some years, for European companies. Since 2011, in Brazil, provides legal advice to companies for national and international operations in tax and corporate issues.
High premium on providing preemptive legal support in French, Portuguese or English. Entry Strategy for Foreign Investors in Brazil. Transaction Advisory cutting through various Services lines including International Taxation and Corporate Laws. Dr. Pontes Vieira has been involved with different tax and corporate structuring involving different countries for American, Belgian, French, Israeli, Canadian, Swiss and Chinese companies, listed or not in stock exchanges. He provides international tax planning involving merchandise pricing in operations involving company groups. He has worked with Merger and Acquisition operations both for acquiring (Brazilian and foreign) as well as acquired companies.

Academic issues: In Brazil, nowadays, he is Professor of Tax Law at FMU University.
Graduated in Law from UNIFOR University and in Accountability from UECE University. In Europe, LLM in Tax Law from University of Paris II and a PhD in Public Law from University of Paris. II. Published books and wrote articles in French, English and Portuguese in specialised magazines.
Dr. Pontes Vieira joined the global CBA Network in July 2015 as Legal and Tax Adviser.
