Dr. Paulius Miliauskas has been practicing law since 2007 and worked in various leading Lithuanian and Belgian law firms. During his professional carrier Paulius has been exposed to numerous international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint venture deals.
Paulius together with Dr Laurynas Didžiulis founded CONFIDENCE Law Office – a highly specialised law firm with financial and company law practices at its core.
Dr Miliauskas holds two joint PhD degrees from Lithuanian and Belgian universities. He is particularly specialising in shareholders’ agreements and shareholder dispute resolution.
Paulius teaches company law and contract drafting classes to Vilnius university students in Lithuania and Toulouse 1 Capitole university students in France. He is always invited to give lectures and teach new developments in company law to other lawyers, judges and notaries public.
During his free time Paulius enjoys sports, particularly lawn tennis and squash, travelling and healthy food.

Paulius Miliauskas has lead negotiations and drafted international agreements with companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, IBM, Facebook, VIMN (MTV), GroupM, Disney, Adobe systems, Deutsche Telekom, Ferrari, Unibet and many others. Paulius is also an appointed expert in research group for comparative revision of Lithuanian company laws. He has regular publications in legal review journals and presentations in international conferences in company law field. Paulius lectures on Company law and Contract drafting courses for Lithuanian and French universities, lawyers, judges and notaries.
