Dr. Vladimír Svoboda, educated in physics at Masaryk University in Brno. Experienced in the analysis and optimisation of business processes.
Vladmír was also educated in business process modelling, business process optimisation, and economic analysis.
In the last 15 years he has been working in the field of acquisitions and mergers, where he has managed approximately 50 projects of national and foreign acquisitions.
