Eric Frank RINGO is a multilingual business lawyer (Advocate), chartered arbitrator in Tanzania and commercial mediator with both degrees Master of Laws and Business Administration.

He was educated at the Bucerius Law School & WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, Hamburg & Vallendar, Germany: - Master of Law and Business (MLB), further at Institute of Finance Management, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania -Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), and at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania: -Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours)

Eric field of practice is focused on banking, arbitration, commercial mediation, tax, public finance initiative (PFI and PPP), wealth management, capital markets, investment as well as real estate advisory. He has worked as legal adviser to the Ministry of Finance, Tanzania advising the Government and coordinating international financial relations with bilateral and multilateral institutions including World Bank. He also worked at Commerzbank AG and Eurohypo AG, in Frankfurt, Germany.

Eric also worked with Clifford Chance LLP, the leading Global law firm, practising in banking and capital markets focusing on project and asset finance. Eric's achievements include successful participation in advising the largest syndicate lLoan transaction in Tanzania for Government Financing-

Currently, Eric is a Managing Partner at a leading law firm in Tanzania, which has received several awards for being the top business law firm in Tanzania. He is also Member at: Tanganyika Bar Association, East Africa Law Society, Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators

Eric Ringo joined CBA as Legal and business adviser in Dar es Salaam in March 2018.
