Mr. Zirkel's expertise lies in Project Execution for International groups and Family owned businesses. For the last ten years has worked across a range of sectors and specialised in helping key stakeholders come to decisions quickly. A recent example of my endeavours includes helping an international group with subsidiaries the UK, Germany, the Americas, and Asia. At the group’s subsidiary in the UK, Henrik Zirkel successfully kicked off Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by initiating 2 pilot projects. Henrik conducts trainings and provides the basis for project management, which ultimately creates transparency for Managers and will lead to a leaner organisation.

Henrik has lived and worked in four countries and speaks three languages fluently. He's enthusiastic about embedding himself into an organisation to better understand the gaps / opportunities and then build a plan, in tandem with the key stakeholders, to ensure the achievement of the KPIs that matter the most. Accomplishments include being the President of the Alumni Council of the European College of Business and Management based in London and a holding a private pilot’s licence for the last 22 years.
