Hermann Mallia is Director and co-founder of Famalco Group, a family owned diversified Group of Companies, operating in Malta since 1994. His major contribution towards the Group is in the market research and business development area.
Mr. Mallia was instrumental in the Group’s diversified growth, dedicating his efforts in developing start-ups, and in running a number of the group’s subsidiary companies. Hermann has been actively involved in the candidature, negotiating process and subsequent award of a number of international brands to the local market.
From the automotive industry, the Group is a local representative of KTM, Husqvarna and Harley-Davidson Motorcycles dealership. In 2005, Hermann successfully managed to conclude negations with General Motors and was awarded with the dealership and authorised repair shop for Cadillac and Corvette brands.
The Group through its subsidiary companies is also Master Franchisee of two international real-estate brands, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. Hermann’s most recent achievement is the award of the Domino’s pizza franchise for Malta.
Mr. Mallia is Honorary Consul of Pakistan to Malta. He joined CBA as M&A Adviser in Malta in March 2017.
