Lance pivoted into Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory deal making in 2017 when he joined the National Business Advisory alliance which later became Regal3 Capital. Lance worked on a number of deals as lead adviser and deal maker, notably a US$90.0m transaction with Inseego, a Nasdaq listed company that owned a subsidiary in South Africa that was finally sold to Convergence Partners. Over the years Lance has focused towards mining transactions and has an extensive network across Africa and South Africa in the mining sector, having worked with Koryx Copper as well as various mining groups. Additionally, Lance has a keen interest in Commercial Real Estate, having brokered many deals over the years at Sotheby's where he became a top broker nationally and graduated to a Master Practitioner in Real Estate. He is a Real Estate Principal, registered agent with his own brokerage and holds the license for Area Manager Southern Africa with CBA for Hospitality deal making.
