Manan Agarwal is a Graduate in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, India and a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also qualified Diploma Information Systems Audit (DISA) conducted by ICAI.

Post qualification, Manan worked with the Tax & Regulatory Services team of Ernst & Young, India (‘EY’) after which he proceeded to set up his own company. At EY he has worked in the areas of corporate taxation, international taxation, individual taxation, corporate law and foreign exchange control regulations.

At his own firm he is responsible in executing the overall Strategy/ Vision and Mission of the Firm with a focus on both practice management and efficient Client execution. Manan heads external relationships with key Clients of the Firm across numerous industries like real estate, trading, services, automation, logistics, not for profit, etc.

Manan advises both domestic and international Clients on tax, regulatory, business advisory consulting, tax assessments, transfer pricing matters and litigations. Manan has assisted companies in setting up their financial processes, accounting and compliance framework.

Manan is involved in building Client portfolio, brand building and developing internal capability and expertise.

Besides, he is also a speaker on tax & regulatory issues before professional forums and has written journals and articles for professional magazines, including ‘Setting Up of Business in India by Foreign Companies’ in the Chartered Accountant Journal (India).
