Educated at London University with final degree in Education, Martin was a teacher in London before moving to the recruitment industry in 1984 where he has spent 27 successful years, with a few breaks in between to do other things. He has been living and working in Germany since 1992. He has worked for companies in the UK, Netherlands and Germany and has been self-employed since 1998 recruiting at the highest levels across Germany and the rest of Europe. He has also recruited in Hong Kong and on Singapore. Martin speaks fluent English and German.
