Mike is a Chartered Accountant and Oxford graduate. He has 22 years experience of advising clients on transactions, and has completed over 125 to date across most sectors and deal types. Mike also sits as a non-executive Director for several clients, providing strategic and financial advice.
Mike is member of ICAEW, and has work experience in the UK and the rest of the EU, also in North America, Bermuda, and the Middle East.
