Mohamed Mostafa is the Managing Partner of a Law Firm in Cairo. His practice in over 15 years is focusing on corporate and commercial law, encompassing arbitrary and judicial proceedings.
Mr Mostafa has a solid litigation experience centred on disputes involving construction contracts, taxes, financial projects, oil & gas, aviation & maritime laws, and M&A transactions. He has participated in proceedings before Egyptian courts at all levels of Jurisdiction, and as Legal Counsel in national & international deals and acquisitions, within MENA region and particularly EGYPT, collectively contributes value over USD 800 Million (€ 735m).
Mohamed has obtained LL.M in International Business Law in 2012 (AAST), and has posted as PhD researcher at NCL University (UK). He is a member at the Egyptian Bar of lawyers, International Bar Association and the Arab Lawyer Union.
