Paul Barnard has approximately seven years of corporate finance experience with i capital advisers, and prior to that, with PwC Corporate Finance in South Africa and in New Zealand. He has worked across a number of core corporate finance functions, including financial modelling, company valuations, and transaction advisory services (equity, debt and project finance transactions), and has focused on mid-market M&A work in recent years.
Paul’s sector experience is broad / agnostic. He holds a BCom-LLB (Honours) double degree, with a major in finance, from the University of Auckland. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and completed the JSE’s sponsor course in 2017.
From 2012 to mid 2017 he / i capital advisers advised on 11 successful deals in a lead adviser capacity.
