Paul Kamau is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, garnered in leading organizations in Eastern and Central Africa. He is currently an Executive Director at a licensed Pan African Investment and Transaction Advisory Firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. As a co-founder of the firm, he has been instrumental in delivering specialist work and has been highly successful in developing expertise and market leadership with numerous mandates from investment firms, listed groups, development finance institutions and growth companies across Eastern Africa. Some of the assignments he has handled include business valuation, Mergers and Acquisition, analysing investment opportunities, financial modelling, due diligence, investment readiness support and structuring investment funds and opportunities in Africa.
Paul holds a Master’s degree in Finance from USIU and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Moi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K) and a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) .
