CV Résumé

Pavel Petrík, studied economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia. After studies he worked for Slovak-American Enterprise Fund. In late 2011 he joined Czecho-Slovak private equity company PENTA investments, where he worked for 9 years. Company was focused on distressed assets and consolidation projects. He was involved in different phases of M&A transactions including acquisition and exit, restructuring and management setup of the portfolio companies, where he got experienced in project management, reporting, business valuation, treasury, taxation, accounting, controlling, financing, ERP implementation and internal processes setup. He has experience with domestic and also cross-border transactions. In 2010 he started his own career in consulting business and smaller private investments. In 2012 he became partner in a venture capital fund – Slovak Development Fund, and it’s manager of Quadrica Private Equity, where he consolidated stakes of previous minority shareholders. Before the exit in 2014 he was managing fund’s portfolio companies operating in retail, mining and alternative energy industry.

Pavel Petrik joined CBA in May 2016 as M&A Adviser.
