Paweł Cioban is an attorney-at-law since 2011 and managing partner in Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the Centre of European Studies of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed Postgraduate Studies in Capital Market Law at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Tax Law at the University of Gdańsk. A member of the supervisory boards of public companies, he has a wealth of experience in managing business

Participates in the preparation and execution of transactions within the capital market.
