Rostyslav Kravets graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (qualification of lawyer) in 2002. in 2008 Rostyslav obtained a certificate entitling to engage in advocacy in Ukraine, and in 2011 he took a full course of study and received a certificate of a mediator at the Ukrainian Mediation Center of Kyiv’s-Mohyla Business School.
Rostyslav Kravets is a Senior Partner at a Kiev-based law firm, Chairman of the Permanent court of Arbitration at the Association of protection of corporate rights “Attorney”, Chief of the Kiev's center higher education and internship for advocates, Chairman of the NGO “Law state”. He is also the author of numerous articles and publications, dedicated to financial consumer protection and analysis of controversial issues in the practical application of the civil and administrative law, directly linked with receivable collection and enforcement proceedings.
