Martin Theyer's professional career path reflects his drive to learn from the best and to develop himself to a top professional. Early on in his career he took on international assignments within a S&P 500 company (Shell), which allowed him to widen his financial know-how and to broaden his managerial skills cross border.

In addition, he continuously sharpened his entrepreneurial thinking by investing into early stage tech companies. As a result, he has developed know-how in all areas which are essential for a successful brokerage services in the high-tech field.

Martin has experience over 25 years in corporate finance and business development and a proven track record. He has an Executive MBA from IMD and certifications from Wharton. He is a Managing Partner (MP) at PKF in Austria with focus on international partnerships and business development.

Mikael works globally with focus on Sweden, operating from Stockholm, Sweden and Cascais, Portugal and joint CBA in May 2021 as M&A and Financial Advisor. He closed or was involved in closing more than 200 deals during his career, having closed the last two in May and June this year.

John Andrew Perry has over 25 years of M & A, debt and equity raising, funds management and principal investment experience, holding senior leadership roles with a number of global investment banks, including Macquarie (11+ years), RBS and CIMB, together with a number of years at KPMG.

He has led businesses in Australia, New Zealand and South Korea and also worked across Asia, USA and the UK.
John has advised on M&A transactions totalling over $10bn, raised $4+bn in equity and $2.5bn in debt, debt capital markets and bonds. He has also been responsible for undertaking a number of principal investments. This range allows him to excel in complex transactions requiring multiple investment banking skill sets.

John A. Perry joined CBA in March 2021 as M & A Adviser in Sydney, Australia.

Tom Seidl started his Banker career in Frankfurt, Germany as Vice President - Citibank AG in 1995 with global responsibility for the German energy & power industry as well as for large German corporate clients with focus on automotive components. Then he became Senior Banker/Managing Director at Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, acting Head of Corporate Bank, with responsibility in strategy development and screening of target markets. In 2018 Tom joined the Egyptian Misr Bank Europe GmbH as General Manager, Head of Customer Relations for Investment and Co., all in Frankfurt.

Tom Seidl came to CBA as M&A and Financial Adviser in March 2021.

Eng. Mário Coelho – Educated at the university Minho with final degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering, strategic selling by Miller Heiman. Mário have always been curious about technical things and he decided to take a degree in industrial electronics engineering. On the first years of his career, he worked as project engineer in automation. Thereafter he moved for a commercial role selling PLC’s and instrumentation. In 2000 he joined Emerson as a sales engineer for the instrumentation area two years later he moved to systems and projects and became key account manager of some important customers such as Dow, Unilever, Nestle, Solvay, Hovione.

Mário became increasingly more interested on the area of renewable energies and in 2007 with a partner founded a biodiesel plant. He has been also involved in studies of new possibilities on the gasification of bio-wastes and new residue treatment and recycling technologies.

Ing. Mário Coelho joined CBA as Consulting Professional in March 2021 in Porto, Portugal.

Dr. Kamil Rudawiec worked for Johnson & Johnson for almost 10 years, he served as a manager and CEO of several fast-growing companies in the healthcare industry. He was an adviser in the field of strategy and development through acquisitions on the Polish healthcare market for the largest Polish insurance and financial group (PZU SA Group). He specializes in rapid development as well as restructuring and growth based on previously developed strategic analysis assumptions.

For more than 10 years he has also run his own business consulting business, mainly in the area of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and new technology transfer. He has extensive experience in building networks through acquisitions and is currently active on the M&A market in his home, broadly defined healthcare sector, but also in pharmaceuticals, construction, industrial projects, IT and automotive companies. He also supports the development of new ventures operating mainly on the Polish market and has a portfolio of acquisitions and start-up projects of various scales. He is also interested in projects from the whole Intermarium region.

Dr. Kamil Rudawiec joined CBA as M&A Adviser in Poland in March 2021.

Dr. Diana Ribeiro is now CBA's legal, tax & investment advisor in Portugal

Dr. Diana Ribeiro is a legal, tax & investment adviser. The areas of her expertise encompass corporate and commercial law, tax law, employment law, international contracts and company set-up.

Diana, spent her early life in China, she is originally from Oporto. She returned and graduated from the University of Coimbra and was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2013. She has participated in various M&A transactions having gained a broad understanding in the cross-border corporate and commercial industry in various countries. Diana was also country manager of various tax consulting and Oil & Gas recruitment firms in Mozambique. She routinely advises international clients in double taxation matters, restructuring and M&As. She also advises in company set-up as well as in legalisation of foreign workers.

Dr. Ribeiro joined CBA as Legal Adviser in Porto in March 2021.

Andreas Leopold - educated at the University of Dortmund (Germany) with final degree as MBA. He has worked several years at an auditing company in business management and corporate restructuring. After this he worked > 12 years for several companies as Manager of finance & accounting, CFO and CRO before starting his own Consulting Business in 07/2012.
