Henrik Zirkel strengthens our team in Germany as an independent Consultant and Lean-Expert

Henrik Zirkel studied Mechanical and Process Engineering at the University of Applied Science in Darmstadt (Germany) culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering and has completed his MBA at the European College of Business and Management in London.

He has extensive experience in embedding Change in Organisations by applying Lean Methods and implementing methods such as the KAIZEN principles. Clients have been located in Europe, Switzerland, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania.

Mr. Zirkel has a broad range of experience in international project definition, project initialisation and project coordination. He ensures transparency through maintaining an ideal communication process during projects. He works in close cooperation with Leaders and enables them to operate their business in a more agile manner and helps assess indicators in the blink of an eye. Across many sectors, by working with Henrik Zirkel executives gain back important time needed to lead and develop their organisations.

During Henrik's time working across a number of consultancies notably in the GSA region and the UK, he predominantly focused on the manufacturing sector such as the mechanical engineering industry, process industry and the car parts supplier industry. Some clients have been in the optical and sensor-industry, electroplating and coating industry, public institutions and sports industry.

Henrik Zirkel is an independent Consultant and Lean-Expert with the aim of integrating his services into the core of the organisation. Based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area he creates added value whilst supporting family run businesses as well as mid-sized organisations. Mr. Zirkel aims to bring back focus to the core business drivers and has had great success in simplifying organisational processes and developing a sustainable mid to long term business model.

Accomplishment include being the President of the Alumni Council of the European College of Business and Management based in London and a holding a private pilot’s licence for the last 18 years.
