A building of 400 m² can be constructed on each plot if it will be used for residential purpose. If it is going to be used for commercial purpose (hotel) the total area that can be constructed on each plot is 800 m².
Villa G1 is completed at 85%, villa G2 is completed at 80%. Villas G3 up to G7 are completed at 50%.
