Manufacturer of of shoes, bags and leather accessories in Kyiv

The production site is located in own non-residential premises.

After redevelopment and overhaul, the site consists of a procurement workshop, a tightening workshop, a leather warehouse with a cutting table, a room for a fashion designer and racks with shoe models, a room with a compressor, as well as other facilities.

The production line was established and launched in 2021, it worked for one year before the start of the war. Due to the war, there is currently no activity.

The production is tailored for the manufacture of author's models of shoes, bags and accessories of TM "DIANA ANIPKO", a high level and quality of tailoring is used, the choice of leather according to the colour scheme, individual tailoring was practiced.

Components of production: Italian pads are used in production; as a lining for all shoes, delicate aniline nappa leather made in Italy is used; the top of shoes and for the manufacture of bags - only high quality genuine leather; heels and leather soles from leading Italian manufacturers; a sole made of polyurethane or leather from Ukraine is also used.

Workplaces for the following personnel have been prepared at the production site:
fashion designer-technologist (1 place, computer + official software for the development, design and 3D design of CAD / CAM shoes + cutting plotter);
seamstress-purveyor (4 places);
shoe tightener (possible to work 4 people);
accountant (1st place, computer + officially 1C 8 SHVEYKA)
The average productivity of the enterprise is 300-400 pairs of shoes per month. It is possible to expand the production capacity by 2 times with minimal investment, due to the organization of an additional sewing workshop.

The sale price of products (which can be viewed on the website, UAH 2,100 - 2,400) is lowered for gradual entry into the market. At this price, the net profit was 1,500 UAH. with 1 pair of shoes. When fully loaded, the payback of the business can be about 2 years.

It is possible to attract staff who previously worked in the company.
