A number of shipyards on the Turkish side of the Black Sea are for sale. These shipyards are different from each other and are located in different parts of Turkey.
The owners of one of the shipyards are also the owners of the land (a total of approximately 115,000 square metres).
Due to the current circumstances, the owners are prepared to lease the shipyard for a trial period with the option that the potential buyer can buy at the end of the lease.
This could be an opportunity for shipbuilding and ship repair companies either to expand their operations in the Black Sea or to establish a representation in the region.
