The commercial and marketing strategy, analyzed and implemented with the help of experienced sales consultants with a high-fashion background, will focus on: Accelerate on the high class segment: the Company will increase the stylist, marketing and commercial efforts on the higher segment of its production, which better suits the North European and North American territories New styles: the Group has established a partnership with a stylist maison in order to improve its models, better follow recent fashion trends with specific focus on the new territories they wish to reach out. A new brand name will surely be created for the launch of the new shoe line. Commercial strategy: Company has a unique Made in Italy advantage in the market that will be carefully exploited with the help of an organized and experienced network of agents and distributors specialized in the high-level segment. The Company is looking for funds in order to improve internationalization. In addition, the Company currently needs qualified managers to implement and follow up the strategic growth sales it needs to put in place, through the expansion of two new brands
