Investment in multiple function catering establishments

The Project relates to the construction expansion of a restaurant chain that wishes to expand further in the current market it is operating in. The restaurant chain has an innovative business solution to accommodate all atmospheres needed, whether it’s a business lunch, family gatherings and/or social events.

Currently, the enterprise operates three restaurants and a boutique hotel.

The expansion project is a focused investment in one of the currently operating restaurants in which an expansion of an open-air lounge area is to be constructed.

This open-air area is of a visual relaxation where one can enjoy tranquillity and serenity.

The Project is strategically located in one of Malta’s touristic areas.

The Project duration is anticipated to be of 18 months from the date of availability of funding. Thus, the revenue generated from the increase in sales is expected to start being rendered within the same time frame.

It is of vital interest to mention that all construction permits and needed land studies have been enacted and are approved from the relevant authorities.
